This is one of the few sites that I like to visit, read and follow. I enjoy reading the good posts, especially on legal matters, since I have also a law background before becoming a realtor and my husband is a lawyer. I recommend this blog to the readers, especially to fellow Filipinos, so that they can get knowledge of the law, since ignorance of the law excuses no one from its compliance.
