The 2011 Bar Exams will be using a new format: multiple-choice questions (60% - 75 to 100 questions per subject) that was proposed by the Chairperson Justice Roberto A. Abad.
During the seminars-workshops which were conducted all over the country, Justice Abad gave the bar examinees hopes by saying that it is alright to commit grammatical errors in the essay-type questions (40%) as long as it is not fatal or gross because he himself admittedly sometimes commit the same.
This year’s examination which was moved from September to November 2011 will be held at the University of Santo Tomas.
The Supreme Court has outlined the subjects to be taken up in the 4 Sundays based on the SC En Banc Resolution issued on Feb. 8, 2011.
